you're not sorry cuz you went away

i'm so freaking tired now but i will still blog. :)

so anyways in retrospect of what happened a few couple of hours ago aka last night, i have to say that i was indeed in a state of shock and surprise. to be honest enough it was totally unexpected, hence i was thinking all the way back home how could that have happened? what came over me? i definitely am not that good in my sparring, so to speak.

well you see, last night was training at changkat with my team players. i kinda went down to train up my skills ever since i could feel that i was lagging behind everyone else in training and fitness. it's a routine that training begins with warm up and what not. then Mr Lee briefed us on the new tournament rules which i had first heard about it previously on sunday's class. so Mr Lee urged and wanted us to practice our back kicks, and we began our long lining up for just a short pathetic kick. other than being such a clown at cutting the queue with another clown called zibing, i was observing and brainstorming of the new movements to lure my opponent in attacking me so i could counter with the kick i was practicing.

and i heard big-mouth andy tay remarked "stop jumping around la, just kick, jump jump jump" so everyone lauged. how lame.

so then came my best part, the rotational sparring. i like this part the most cuz it's the exciting and the part where i get to know what are my weak points. and also to get heavily injured. seriously.

so i started off with joyce. unintentionally i let my feet land on her face, and i was like SHIT! cuz i didn't want to hurt anybody. i apologized like helluva many times and even joked that i didn't want to responsible for any pimple growth. just to lighten up the already tensed atmosphere.

next up was earnest. same thing happened. this time on his left part of his face and i swear by then i freaked the shit out. so i decided not to continue sparring cuz i knew that i won't be able to control myself in further fights. but with Mr Lee on my side, giving me tips on how to escape his kicks, i decided to move on and fight. it feels great actually, to have your coach on your side, also to get to kick someone on the face. but the part of which the person who you just kicked on the face is your team player, THAT FEELS LIKE SHIT!

really.
then again, maybe the momentum of kicking someone on the face haven't really stop. perhaps, it has only just started. perhaps.

so then came big-mouth andy tay. he too got my footprint stamped on this face hahaha laugh at me somemore la see what you get? hahah actually that wasn't on revenge whatsoever. serious. no offense.

elliot was the fourth person to kiss my feet. i did a turning snap kick and i reckon he got slapped on this left cheek instead of slammed. i was already by then in top formation. i didn't know what got over me i soon charged like a bull and continued combination kicks....then...... i heard from a faraway end someone's voice. Hongsheng's. He shouted "Shai. Shai!...."

things happened so rapidly i was like a bulldozer.
i could not be bothered what happened around me all i knew was the person in front of me.
my opponent. my focus was numb.

i was brought back to reality when i heard my name.

fighting with zibing and jinhao wasn't that bad. i did my high kicks but not direct enough to the target point so i missed quite a few. but target tan or aka jinhao, knee-ed me in my left butt leaving me feeling like i lost a lower limb.

now back at home, i feel a bump. painful in fact cuz it's a bruise on my right feet.
too much kickings i suppose, gotta rest.

maybe i was in a trance. oh or maybe they were being complacent. i'm not bragging, really.
this entry is to remind me of how i have progressed all these years. and also to bear in mind, not to kiss someone else's feet. lol

whatever it is, last night's sparring session was like a nightmare to me.

i couldn't sleep the entire night.

so whoever i kicked at last night's training, i hope you bear no grudges with me. heh. except for the person who knee-ed me in my ass, i will not forgive you.
ha ha

this morning at work, i took my lunch break early and slept in the store to compensate up the lack of sleep from last night.

in order not to repeat the same history, i shall not doze off to sleep tomorrow at school. now, i will turn into bed, dug under my sheets and get a good night's sleep.

good night buddies.

if you would appear in my dreams, i have tonnes to tell you about.
